Digi Tutorials How to Reduce Wrinkles Using Photoshop?Step 1: Open photo or image to be edited by selecting [CTRL+O] or FILE->OPEN Step 2: Choose Layer > New > Layer via Copy to create a layer from copied data. Step 3: Click on the Healing Brush Tool in the toolbar to paint with a sample to repair imperfections in the image. Make sure your brush’s settings are as follows: • Hardness is set to 100%. Step 4: Select a larger brush for faster editing. Step 5: Hold down Alt key and click to add a clone source which should be on an area of unblemished skin. Here, in example it is sampled from the cheekbone, where the area has even colour and texture. Step 6: With your sample area now selected, click or brush over all of the wrinkles, lines and marks so that they disappear. Step 7: Click on the eye next to the currently selected layer(s) to make it invisible. Step 8: Choose Channels > Cmd + Click on the Red Channel. which will bring up the "marching ants" of a selection around certain areas of your image. Step 9: In Layers panel, click on the Show/Hide visibility column in the Layers Panel to make the currently selected layer(s) visible. Step 10: Choose Layer > Layer Mask > Reveal Selection to reveal the Selection via Layer Mask. You should notice that sections of your editing layer will now have disappeared, and you’ll be left with a much smoother looking image. Step 11: Choose Layer thumnail of your editing layer. Step 12: Set the Opacity slider for a more natural effect. Step 13: Merge and Save. |
