Step 3: Choose Filter > Oil Paint and use the following settings: • BRUSH:- Stylization: 8.96, Cleanliness: 3.5, Scale: 8.96, Bristle Detail: 2.2 • Lighting:- Angular Direction: 244.8 Shine: 0 Step 4: Choose Layer > New > Layer via Copy to create a layer from copied data. Step 5: Select Screen from the drop-down menu for Blend Mode. Step 6: Set the Fill Opacity slider to 75%. Step 7: Choose Filter > Other > High Pass and set value 194.6 Step 8: Choose Layer > Merge Visible to merge all visible layers into one. Step 9: Hit OK and Save. |
